I want to ride for Mountain Cycle. How do I get sponsored?

If you're a hard-core expert level or better male or female cyclist who feels they embody all the attributes we look for in a team rider--fearlessness, intelligence, fitness, bike-handling skills, professionalism and personality--please tell us more about yourself by sending an e-mail. If we think you've got what it takes, we'll contact you directly. If you have photographs and a resume, please include them as attachments to your cover letter.

I was just riding down the street and my frame broke in half. How can I get a new one for free?

First, we do ask you to be reasonable! It is extremely unlikely that your sophisticated monocoque chassis design broke in half because you simply rode it down the street. Before trying to pull the wool over our eyes with that one, please consider where and how aggressively you ride, what might have hit you, or what you might have hit that could cause your bike to snap in half at the sight of a cement curb. After searching your soul for the answers to these questions, try to remember the last time you cleaned and serviced your bike from top to bottom, inspecting it for cracks, damage and loose or missing hardware during the process. If you honestly believe your bike's mechanical integrity is suspect, please make a warranty claim to us via e-mail. You'll find a copy of our warranty and instructions for making a claim on our home page.

I'm experiencing a problem with my Mountain Cycle that I feel might be under warranty. How do I go about making a claim?

If you know the name and location of your nearest Mountain Cycle dealer, he's the first person to speak with regarding your dilemma. If there isn't a Mountain Cycle dealer in your area, please go to the home page on this web site and click on the Warranty Page of this website.
