If you are not comfortable buying online, or you are a shop, we offer a ‘direct to retail’ sales option as we believe strongly in supporting local shops in a manner that’s workable.
As a customer, if you want to buy a Mountain Cycle frame, rolling chassis or complete bike but feel more comfortable doing it through your local shop, we are more than happy to have your order delivered directly to them, where they will offer you further assistance in with your new Mountain Cycle. In this case, you have the option of making the full purchase through us and have us deliver it to your preferred shop, or you can have your shop make the purchase for you.
As a retailer, if you have a customer that has bought from us directly but wants to have us ship to your store, we offer you an attractive ‘retail rebate’, as we feel you are part of the Mountain Cycle experience.
If you wish to have a Mountain Cycle product on your floor, we are happy to sell directly to you with no minimum purchase, ie. we are more than happy to let you buy a single item. If you think you’ll be a regular customer, we can set you up with a special online account so that you can order Mountain Cycle online directly, any time of the day or year.
