The original design brief for the battery was fairly simple, to make a 4″ bomb proof park and slope style bike.
The Battery is designed to take a battering. With its tight frame, 1.5″ headset and beefy tubing, we designed the Battery to be the bike you pull out when you want to hit the park hard. While it might not be obvious at first glance why, take a close look at it closely and note the details that make all the difference – the enormous single pivot, the swing arm, the replaceable dropouts… That makes it a Mountain Cycle.
